Our company is seeking a Sales Coordinator who can organize sales and marketing activities, as well as develop an effective sales filing system. The Sales Coordinator will work directly with team management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively, and that active client files are available to the sales group. Responsibilities
 Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient preparing proposals, merchant agreements, and sales reports.
 Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings.
 Prefill applications if the agent provides the requisite information such as a business profile to make it easier for the merchant at the time of sale.
 Complete and review applications prior to submission to ensure accurate information such as correct platforms (i.e. EMV, EBT, FSA, HSA...)
 Following up with the Applications Department/Underwriting and if necessary, reaching out to the merchant for more information to ensure approval of application.
 Act as Customer Service liaison to forward the merchant to the appropriate department for troubleshooting.
 Assist with organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations; If need be liaising with the Marketing Department to provide templates to the Inside Sales Team.
 Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date.
 Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or products.
 Assist with scheduling the sales team for customer and industry trade shows.
 Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.
Requirements
 High School Diploma/GED
 1 to 2 years of experience in an office environment
 Strong organizational skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
 Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
 Team development, leadership and organizational skills
