The eCommerce Marketing Manager will use their talent and teamwork to create marketing
materials for our company as well as our brand partnerships. The right person will be able to
create a cohesive and consistent identity for a brand or product we are representing and be able
to explain complicated products in a manner that will convert at a high level and that is visually
appealing and easy for customers to understand.

You will work with the rest of the internal brand development team to turn your ideas into a
reality. The role is ideal for a candidate with some eCommerce marketing experience looking for
the opportunity to develop their skills. Relocation is provided.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

● Work with the internal Brand Development, Brand Management and Product
Development teams to create creative branding campaigns for our exclusive brand
partnerships and bundles on Amazon.com.
● Develop and execute strategies to lead our enhanced brand content, A+ content and
brand Storefront rollouts.
● Create strategies for product imagery, and work with our in-house graphic designer and
staffed content team.
● Work with our company President and Business Development team to create and
execute on company strategies to accurately market our work to attract additional brand
partnerships.
● Manage all aspects of company’s Social Media efforts to increase company and brand
awareness.
● Research and be a thought leader for best practice on all things Amazon related
including SEO, SEM.
● Drive profitable growth for our exclusive brand partners and bundles by
increasing customer conversion rates and driving KPI’s to achieve company goals.
● Learn our existing service offering and make recommendations for meaningful
improvement.

Requirements:

● Degree in marketing, communications, behavioral psychology, or related field
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Good sense of branding and creative
● 1+ year in of e-commerce or online marketplace experience
● Understanding and experience on the Amazon platform is a MUST
● Project management experience a plus
● Ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines
● Ability to think creatively and work independently
● Ability to work within a dynamic creative team
