We are seeking a Payment Technology Integration Specialist to join our team! You should be eager to learn about our payment technology for point of sale systems and websites and assist our partners in implementing this technology toward the enhancement of their business. We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to function as a core member of the Integration Department, leveraging business and technical skills, during the integration of new customers and partners to our payment processing platform. This role is perfect for someone who has work experience in technology integration, who thrives in extremely analytical, technically-oriented, roles and is a problem solver.

  • Engage with customers to ensure a smooth transition to payment processing with our payment technology
  • Understand the customer's business and how they could best leverage the complete feature set of our platform
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
  • Strategically introduce our complete capabilities to best support, and enhance customer business processes
  • Troubleshoot and rectify issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Rally internal resources as-needed to insure that all customer needs are being met
  • Participate with internal departments during the development and deployment of new, value-added platform features and functionalities
Required Technical and Business Skills:
  • Languages: .Net (required), PHP & JavaScript (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience: 5+ years in DevOps
  • Familiarity with basic web technologies including HTML, Javascript, and HTTPS
  • Experience with APIs
  • Experience with Windows and Linux environments
  • Self-starter, possessing the enthusiasm and ability to function in a team environment
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional ability to engage with customers in a consultative manner
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements and resolve complex issues
Preferred Technical and Business Skills:
  • Prior experience as an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant
  • eCommerce knowledge and experience, including the functioning of shopping carts and eCommerce applications
  • Familiarity with Web applications
  • Understanding of SDKs
  • Experience with relational databases, including ability to write SQL queries
