Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Responsibilities:

- Sales Order (SO) entry

- Update and maintain SOs including bulk orders when applicable 

- Monitor inventory and inbound freight to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders 

- Able to monitor, check, investigate discrepancies on inventory

- Allocate all orders to the warehouses 

- Provide SO status updates as requested 

- Update sales with any order related issues 

- Communicate with multiple internal departments to follow up and provide updates

Requirements:

Bluecherry or Simparel experience‚Äč

- Computer savvy

- Multi tasks well

- Communicates well

- Understand how and able to prioritize

- Extremely organized

- Previous CSR experience (2-5 yrs) required
