Currently seeking a Corporate Business Office Manager!
Must Have Prior SNF Experience!
Business Office Manager Position Duties Include:
-Responsible for ensuring accurate billing; timely collection of accounts receivables from resident account
-Completing of collection calls and documentation on current and past due accounts
-Maintain RFMS account of residents: Opening/closing accounts, enroll/track direct deposit, and balance of trust funds.
-Meet with resident and families on all financial concerns
-Submit required documentation to Social Security and State of IL regarding resident’s status and liability.
-Must be able to meet strict deadlines for billing and reporting.
-Minimum of 1-2 years in billing/collection experience in a healthcare setting.
-Associates/Bachelor degree preferred
-Ability to be assertive with strong communication skills.
-Knowledge of LTC/Skilled Nursing Home payers and eligibility
-Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement and patient liability.
-Must possess the ability to deal tactfully and professionally with challenging residents/families.
-Proficiency in PC/Excel/Word, basic math skills, attention to detail, analytic ability, organization skills are required
